Our baking begins with ingredients we're excited to talk about: regionally-grown grains milled fresh every two weeks, fruit grown on our own and neighboring farms, eggs and dairy from well-cared for animals, maple syrup and honey collected just up the road, ethically-sourced chocolate, and more!
